In an effort to maintain a safe learning environment for your children and the school staff, we would like to reiterate the importance of following the Waterloo Region District School Board’s procedures for visitors in the school. Upon entry:

• All visitors are required to report first to the school office and identify themselves
• A Visitor Sign-In/Sign Out Sheet, with visitor information, will be filled in
• Unless otherwise directed, visitors will be requested to wear a “Visitor’s Pass” that is visible by staff

To help us facilitate this board policy, please use our main entrance at the front of the school when entering. Should you request a meeting with a staff member, please contact the individual through their preferred method of communication (e.g., student planner, Remind app, e-mail, etc.) or contact the main office at 519-623-0860.
